Refund Policy

Digital Products

We do not offer refunds on digital products. All sales of digital products are final. If you have any questions or concerns about a digital product, please contact us at techhelplab@gmail.com before making a purchase.

Physical Products

We offer refunds on physical products within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

Sale Items

We do not offer refunds on sale items. All sales of sale items are final.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a physical product, please contact us at techhelplab@gmail.com with your payment id number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive your returned item. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
